the ironic thing being, someone WAS really plotting against me and spreading malicious rumours about at that time. but not the people i believed it to be... it was the person i trusted most in the world - who coincidentally scored the highest psycho index on the test. so my paranoia was justified, but unfortunately, misdirected.

For example, if someone walks into a room of people pissed off at something, yells inordinately, then leaves, the rest of the people in the room would look at each other momentarily with no response. Then, someone inadvertently mutters (delivery is key): "Axis II..." ;)

Though, I did answer "well sometimes, but not *that* often" to some of the questions. A rating scale of 1 to 5 for answers would give this questionaire a greater degree of accuracy, I think.

I think a problem with these tests are that after the second question you realize that yes is always clearly abnormal, and people like to control their outcome. Also, i remember taking this awhile back when my OCD was more intact and scoring moderate for obsessive. Although very high borderline, I'm kind of sceptical about that.

Yeah, I think this would be more effective if the questions were changed so that "no" isn't necessarily always the "normal" answer.
