Ew! Triscuits texture is vile and their taste is even blander than Wheat Thins. Wheat Thins and Kaukauna cheese spread have been a staple of my diet since before I can remember.

Triscuits come in flavors now! I haven't tried them, but it's true. Roasted Garlic, and Creme Fraiche Delight, or some such thing.

They're a cracker meant for cheeses, though, it's true.

Last time I tried Triscuits was over 10 years ago, and I didn't particularly care for them. Must try them out again. But Wheat Thins... ooh. Need to find out where they sell the low sodium ones, though. The regular kind has a bit too much salt for my liking. Oh well -- one can fleck off the extra salt bits if one chooses, hm? As for cheese -- hm, found out a short while back I can actually like cheese if it's smoked! Hurrah for smoked cheese!

i was at Trader Joes and i saw the package of coconut covered dates, my gramma's favorite. i actually reached for them, to mail them to her --and stopped my hand in midair because i remembered she was dead. it was like an automatic motion to reach for them. i can't stand dates, she is the only reason i would reach for them, and i don't see them very often so i was briefly elated at seeing them--the elation ended abruptly.

The Tabasco Cheez-Its rock. Tabasco themselves -- well, McIlhenny (McIlheny? It always looks wrong), the Tabasco company -- have some kind of cheese crackers out, but the Cheez-Its are better. They're really addictive. The spice is not super-hot -- I wish I could find those pretzel nuggets I used to get with the habanero; Chile Today, I think? New Mexico Chile company? something like that -- but that makes them very easily munchable, and you can always toss a little Dave's on there if you need the burn.

its okay; my irrational fear of animals in clothing makes me extra sensitive. i keep picturing that cat band in my head. i am afraid to open the kitchen cabinet when i get home. somehow i know every closed door hides a gang cats, playing guitar and smoking cigarettes with wreckless abandon.

Those cats had to be drugged. one of my cats will take off a finger if anyone tries to pet her. maybe some catnip addicts needed a fix real bad so they offered to pose for these pics.

I love those little kitty pics, Ally!! They really did a good job in helping turn around that one particular thread from being a disaster into being something lighter. I don't mind if they're in lots of other places, either. I think we all need cute little posed kitty pics in our lives.

I am constantly frustrated by your limitations, yet at the same time I don't know what I'd do without you. I have been to your schools, your supermarkets (usually H-E-B), your bookstores, your Tex-Mex hangouts. I've even weathered the storm of the condescending 09er just so I could have possibly the best sushi in the world (Koi Kawa, don't you know). I can't get S.A. out of my blood. Damn you for being so much a part of me.

And in other thoughts... I can't believe I made it through today. Today was just about the longest day in my entire life. I'm seriously hoping nothing happens tonight and I can have a relaxing evening. A night like the day I had today would be nightmarish.

I found your thread yesterday Kate, I added a post that says 'Dammit, found this thread too late'. I rarely visit ILM and for some reason it didn't occur to me that a Fame Academy thread would appear there rather than here. Oh well.

Apparently some dictionary compilers include made-up words so that if another publisher copies their definitions, they can prove the plagarism. Today I am thinking: "What are these words?".

I am thinking that I have never been interested in "Reality Programs" especially "Reality Music Programs" in the slightest until they started including token indie kids to appeal to my demographic. And then one of the token indie kids won. Ha ha!

This database drive me NUTS!!! You can't use a new index without rebuilding the data, and you can't rebuild the data unless no one is in the database, and I came in at 8.30 this morning to rebuild the data while no one was in, and it STILL wouldn't let me rebuild.

WHY WILL THIS BLOODY THING JUST NOT WORK?!?!?

(And why is this database so clumbsy that it takes 20 minutes to run a report? I bet that has something to do with HOW FREAKING LONG IT'S PROBABLY BEEN SINCE ANYONE RE-INDEXED IT!!!!!!!!)
