if i can find it - i will post my graduate picture. my girl and i got seriously high and one of her friends 'made me' a paisley head band. i scratched my head in the picture and the head band went up on my head making me look like some 60s transvestite. ha ha. parents complained that i ruined the consistency of the grad photos that year.

I'm quite relieved, not that you don't know her, but since I've known her over six years and lived with her for the best part of two of those I would be quite worried about not recognising her in a photo.

She moved back to Helsinki last summer. if you ever meet Soile O, 25, looks like your friend, works at Nokia, speaks English, Spanish and Catalan, has red-haired British boyfriend called Dan who's still struggling with Finnish by all accounts, then say you know me and watch them fall over with shock. I haven't asked all of them, but the pics are on a public website, so I guess they don't mind. As I said, all my pics come from the homepage of a sunday walking club I have with university friends, and one of them always has a camera with him. I doubt weekday photos of us would look as cheery as these do...

Ryanair is supposedly doing cheap U.K. - Finland flights, or at least it did last year. The planes land in Tampere, however, from where it'll cost you an extra 20 euros to Helsinki.

OK, Ken, see the other trhead. The big black chap is my half-brother. Scott's the one in the blue sweater. You can't see his eyes, thus the goggles comment. The two gals down front are my mother and her wife. They're still uncertain whether their same-sex marriage will hold up in Oregon.
