I made myself french toast with eggs and some bacon on the side, and some vitamin enhanced Trader Joe's drink that is supposed to make me healthier. Tonight I'll have several cigarettes and cancel it out.

db, what's the "Smart water"? I used to be really into smart drinks in the early 90s, but they all tasted like bark and mulch. (I still think some of them did help me focus, though.) Then all of a sudden everyone was selling stimulants instead and I haven't much seen em.

I'm in the middle of doing up my new kitchen and the last thing in place will be the cooker and hob. When it is in place some time by the end of the month I'ma be eating nothing but fryups and my favourite breakfast, which is:

Soft boiled egg and soldiers with lots of chopped parsley/sea salt/black pepper to soak up the runny egg - not just for garnishing. It's occurred to me that it might be nice to dip streaky bacon into the yolk too.

No cheese, no butter, no milk or sugar in coffee. Still pretty nice, though. Little smoked rock salt on the tomatoes for effect. This is prob going to be my standard breakfast for a while?
