Hit "Print Screen" then paste it into Paint/Photoshop/whatever, crop to size and do with it as you would any ohter jpg.

If you press Print Scrn, it doesn't visibly do anything. But if you open up a photo editing program, like Photo Edit, and click Edit then Paste, you'll find that a picture of the full screen is on the clipboard.
