i think billie jean. god knows why. i probably had a temporary lack of sanity and downloaded it while watching crap telly. this is why i never notice my phone's ringing: i don't know my ringtone. i should go back to vibrate.

the stupidest ringtone i have heard (in our shop) was an old-fashioned telephone ringing. oh har har phunny now let me go roll on the floor giggling.

Just edit an mp3 file down to the 10 or 20 second bit that you want to use (I use audacity to do this) and then transfer it to your phone.

Nice phil-two, I've got Push It as well! I've got an old phone so I programmed it in myself as a text string. It started to get pretty boring doing that so an added feature is that the second half is kind of out of tune and the timings wrong as well, which adds touch of nice homespun atmosphere I think.

Mine will at least play MP3 ringtones. Combine this with Audacity for editing and Bluetooth on my laptop means I just send them to my phone and use anything I want for my ringtone. The novelty wore off pretty quick though so I've had the same ones for a long time.

Jupiter Jazz by Underground Resistance. It actually sounds like a ringer. Before that it was Walk On By by Isaac Hayes and I never noticed it and when I did, I wanted it to play out instead of me answering it.

I got my Jupiter Jazz from a free website that let you upload any mp3, edit it online, then it's sent to your phone as a txt attachment. Amazing. But I can't remember the site's name!
