To quote another website:
The process is thus: take a tumbler (Whiskey glass) and place a shot of Sambuca in it
Light it and hold a wine glass over the top of the burning spirit so that you trap the vapours.
Then place a straw up inside the wine glass and inhale.

pubs: The Mill, The Maypole (a bit expensive, mind), The Alma, The Anchor, for sport The Avery, and for a chilled-out Whiskey Mac, there's The Champion Of The Thames.
clubs: hmph. The Kambar is the classiest and plays the best music, Cindies/Ballare is the local meat-market, but I never go along. The others are all somewhere in between; overall it's a pretty disappointing scene. Niche bar is good on Tuesdays when three of my mates DJ there, choosing from a musical palette which consists mostly of minimal house and The Cramps (i.e. awesome).

Search - Enormous crates of Netto beer lugged up the hill to campus.
Destroy - Anything involving snorting, yards of ale or sticking bottles up your arse before doing a handstand. The 'top shelf' (every shot on the bar in a pint glass and filled up with cider). Spending three days trying to work out whether or not you actually made it to the Freshers Ball before passing out in a bush covered in vomit. Anything involving creamy liquers that congeal when mixed with orange juice. Lying on the floor with a funnel in your mouth while people pour randomly-selected bottles into it. Any wine bought for less than three pounds in the campus shop. Any drinking game involving the 'shit in a urinal' forfeit.
And most of all, any 'drink til you drop' contests. If you start the evening agreeing to one of these, it has been scientifically proven you will end up crawling on ground in the back garden, being sick in your own shoes while a man in a cowboy hat, a Hawaiian shirt and a sarong urinates on you.
