I used to be a total white chocolate fanatic, now I could take it or leave it. I guess the problem is that fancy expensive chocolate bars with really high cocoa percentages account for the vast majority of my chocolate consumption these days, and trying to imagine eating white chocolate in that way is just weird and wrong. it does compliment a lot of other things really well, though.

Ugh, I'm pretty sure the "frosting" on the brownies the cafeteria at my college served was just Crisco plus sugar. I always scraped that off. (Ditto for the disturbing green mint "frosting," which I strongly suspect was Crest toothpaste.)
