you know, the words you live by.

mine is either:

never look forward/never look back

OR

every day that i don't get shot in the face is a good day.

OR

pie makes right!

(but i can't decide which one right now...)

Realistically, I was just told there's a German saying, their version of our "Better safe than sorry" -- "Better to worry now than be sorry later."

Which is almost the same as ours but specifying the WORRYING part is a little more neurotic than our slightly softened version (where does considering possib outcomes become worrying about those outcomes?). I prefer to worry.

I used to say it could be

Hi,I'm new! (Don't know if that was the best way to introduce myself but oh well...)

I quite like this one "I'll sleep when I'm dead"

My personal motto is: 'Dare to know' which is by Kant and is pretentious enough to impress...other pretentious people.
My actual motto is: 'Don't say no to disco because you'll never get laid dancing to emo'

My motto is: "If you feel the need to use the restroom, excuse yourself to do so as soon as possible." I was really shaken, at age 11, by the legend of Tycho Brahe's death.
