I don't know, & I guess if you're short on category ideas, break them up. But I don't think you'll be short on category ideas. For that reason it might be good to go with just 32 though: I wonder if by going to 64 if you're just going to get a bunch of weird subcategories vs. huge "main" categories & that the latter will end up making the first rounds totally uninteresting.

I mean you could safely split fruits into tropical & harvest fruit as Life Savers do it (how's that for precedent?), and avoid having strawberries against burritos. That just doesn't seem like a fair match-up.
