well it took all of 2 episodes for this show to be terrible

yeah this one was incredibly boring

the fact that this show is 85% sammie/ronnie and 5% snookie is unbelievably fucked up

i like ronron (esp in a club setting) and sammi's a cute piece of furniture i guess but dear god as a team. the first episode this season when there was the tension and ron called her a cunt and it seemed like there was gonna be some off the charts awkwardness i actually thought 'wow, this might make all the first season stuff worth it' and then nope by the time he was getting the tattoo and she was holding his hand and he acted like she was standing by him thru chemo or some shit i knew there was no hope.

the snooki calling boyfriend/knocking over table/fondling vinny sequence is ultra classic tho.

yeah i haven't watched any reality tv since the second season of real world (unless you count like hard knocks or something)(the concept for this show was something there was no way i was gonna miss) so all the standard reality tv stuff mtv does to generate drama - bringing back angelina, giving them another job, etc - really does nothing for me. seriously snooks tries to answer the phone/get something out of the fridge or situation in his element or jwoww shopping/fighting or ronron dancing or pauly d shooting the shit - this is more than enough for me.

the ice cream shop has been pretty good so far. vinny proudly showing the boss his finely wrapped subway sandwich was cute.

She seems like a really good person and is completely hilarious. Snooks has won my <3 and I can't deny it any longer.

There was a moment in last week's episode where she and JWOWW were in the car and were not fist pumping but just sort waving their hands and bopping their heads to the music and it needs to be a GIF because it was amazing.

furthermore, these dudes cook mad sunday dinners and are probably very familiar with meat cutlets

true story: these pisaaaans introduced me to a now-favorite dish of mine, a traditional italian dish, easy as pie to prepare, called "sausage and peppers." to make "sausage and peppers" you first scatter several italian sausages throughout a glass baking dish (9x12" recommended) alongside diced-up bell peppers (various colors, for a lively appearance), and then simply roast it in the oven until you feel it has been cooked to your liking. don't forget to coat the pan in extra-virginal olive oil, or for a more authentic italian-american flavor, try using PAM cooking spray. not much more to it than that as far as i can tell.

after you eat this delicious dish you will be "DTF," that is, Down To Forgo dessert because you will not be hungry because you will have eaten so dang much of it because it is just that good, especially if you like roasted peppers and cooked italian sausages.

I totally LOLed at that part, we rewound four or five times. Classic Snooks.

The trainwreck of an episode last night was semi-fun to watch. I like Snooki but she's a gossip of the highest order and it was almost refreshing watching them piece apart the web of shit-talking instead of just letting it fester as per usual.

When's season 3?!

season 3 starts in january, without angelina, who does not return because she's too busy touching her bangs. she is instead replaced by snooki's longtime friend deena, who according to wikipedia is self-described "class in a glass and party in a body."

anyway they return to seaside for season 3. personally i don't know how fun it'll even be to watch them on their home turf again since they're now internationally famous household names most likely begetting amped-up security, so i'm assuming it'll now be that much less likely for a random drunken douche at a sports bar/boardwalk to physically assault any of them. plus you know they're all so wealthy now, what with their multiple energy drink/ed hardy/nutritional supplement sponsorships, that they're probably going to slip into complacency and not even bother being passive-aggressive fuckfaces to each other anymore, which obviously sucks. what mtv oughtve done imo is sent them to paris or london or some other such 'civilized' locale where there'd be a guaranteed culture clash, but also have it written in to their contract that they're legally required to maintain a dangerously high blood alcohol level at all times.

i wonder if half these douches realize that ed hardy was ONCE a famous tattoo artist.
