I can't wait for it!! Jackass is my Twinkie. I enjoy it in spite of, or maybe because it's the worst thing in the world.

Also I have a major crush on Johnny Knoxville.

Loved the first one, but I read a kind of meanness into the second one that made it less fun. The pranks are more about other people (incl. Jackass crew, who are willing participants of course) being brutalized vs. an individual designing a stunt to hurt himself.

the second one had extreme levels of meanness, although I sort of appreciated it because nobody was spared from it. the terrorist prank was next level nasty though.

The first one was a funny prank film, the second was like Cremaster level art archievement for all time.

I saw the first one on dvd. I saw the second one in a crowded theater on opening day. It's hard not to favor the second one when you see it in that environment.

Also, making Bam cry is funnier than most stunts.

The mythology just looks to convoluted for me.

In the DVD version of "Jackass 2," Bam Margera (who, along with half of the show, went to my high school) announces that whenever the rainbow icon pops up, "we're about to get gay," and that anyone offended by "gayness" should turn away. So me thinks the "Jackass" crew is more than aware.

Anyway, this will be hilarious, as usual. I'm a big fan of the "Looney Tunes"-like booby traps, like the giant boxing glove that pops out of the wall and, in this trailer, the giant "high five!' hand.

This will be my inaugural 3D film, btw. I've been putting off seeing one ever since this was announced back in January.

I have not seen any of the nu-style 3D save for Avatar (meh) and Coraline (movie didn't need it except for the passageway btwn worlds).

I work at 6 a.m. Friday and I'm still sure as hell seeing the 10 p.m. screening Thursday.

This is probably the first 3D movie that I've actually wanted/am excited to see in 3D. I'm picturing it sort of like seeing the Three Stooges in 3D. I'm hoping the 3D will heighten the funny. "Hoping".

I read that this is one of the first movies where the MPAA warned of *male* nudity. This specific warning comes as a result parents' complaints of Borat's male nudity. Ugh.

Morbs, that was mostly directed at the fact that as they get older, their bones seem to be breaking a little easier. The fact that their stunts are less and less appropriate for men their age is referenced in the end credits montage, which gets all "family man" on us.

I understand. Knoxville claimed to be in better shape than in the first two.

Actionwise it was probably the weakest of the three films, but visually it was hands down the most beautifully shot.

this was so much fun -- the last like 20 mins or so of these movies is so excruciating cuz you're just like "please don't end"

Really, it's funny to watch these guys get hurt, but the hilarious part is the reaction of them laughing their asses off at each other.
