i am not sure i've ever had circus peanuts? tbh i'm kinda put off by how they look. and i've never liked mary janes, and i find big league chew kind of unsavory as a concept (and it's basically shredded up bubble tape, which is so terrible) - i'll take anything else here tho

I am kind of shocked at the true nature of circus peanuts. I hate HATE marshmallows and banana-flavored anything, and yet I voted banana-flavored marshmallows as my favorite candy on this list.

I have to do some soul searching.

I remember my dad buying some when I was 4 or 5 years old, but I don't recall having an opinion about them. Pretty sure I didn't like them.

Sad story: My dad was very into health food (circus peanuts notwithstanding??) and my mom would sometimes sneak me treats. Once she presented me with Hostess Sno Balls and my face fell and I told her I hated marshmallows. I used to feel terrible about hurting her feelings, but looking back I think she probably just thought "Meh, I'll eat them, then."
