I think that, in addition to being clever lyrically, lil wayne really knows how to use his voice. Y'know? he's really good at putting emphasis on certain words, changing the pace in really interesting ways, creating these brief little hooks in the verses. On "A Milli," Lil Mama does the same thing, using her voice in really creative ways. I think she comes off GOLDEN.
