One point off for the golddigger/n***er rhyme.
One point off for novelty factor.
Otherwise, good to hear a song where it's clear that every second has been thought through.

This is a 10, easy. It is lyrically sharp, well-written, sarcastic, great backing vocals, catchy/hooky as shit, comes off extremely fresh despite the "throwback" nature of its influence, and is a TON of fun to sing along to. It's the catchiest, most radio-friendly song this year -- and it can't be played on radio! I played this about 4-5 times in a row on first blush. Can't say that about any other song this year.

Btw, 50 Cent is absolutely charming playing the cheeky antagonist in his freestyle. And it's a nice prelude to the song:

I rate this 5 out of ten. Fake soul for radio pops - not awful but kind of plastic and gratingly inauthentic. Dude's a good singer, but I hate all this kind of studio-retro Ronson-y thing.

The album is growing on me, however. It's thankfully less retro.
