Slept exactly 1 hour last nite, thanks to excruciating pain in left jaw/gums, which is either due to a) wisdom teeth coming in, b) the fact that i haven't seen a dentist in 10 years and drink abt 3 gallons of coca cola a day, or c) whacking my head rerally hard on a wallclock two nights ago (as in, fell to the ground hard, am awaiting internal haemorrhage of some kind). dosed up on ibuprofen & novocaine gel now and listening to led zep bootlegs but still feel very sucky.

According to the documentary on the disc I have, the long cut was DESTROYED by the idiot holding company that owned the studio at the time. (They did manage to gain a little footage by getting a cut that Roger Corman had held onto though, still not the full-on deal, apparently.)

Ha - #61 happened to me w/ the guy that installed my DirecTV crap. After he finished up his work (which, um, wasn't actually finished - spent another 8+ hours w/ Customer Service dealing w/ other garbage) & he used my bathroom, he said he was all set, & stuck out his hand. I went for the handshake; he was going for some brodown thing. We met halfway; he laughed @ the corny white dude. After he left, I walked back towards my bathroom, & found out he took the most noxious dump I have ever smelt. It was like rotting compost mixed with hot dogs. Awful stuff.

Apple sent Ally's xmas present iPod via Fedex. I told the motherfuckers 3 days in a row to schedule an evening visit because I'm not around during the day, I took a fucking DAY OFF to receive it and the dumbass never showed or knocked on the door, then they told me to go fuck myself and come pick it up from their warehouse. I called Apple and didn't have to even try hard at all to get a refund, they took me at my word that it was going to be returned to sender. Fedex = BULL SHIT.

They also left my iMac sitting outside by my landlady's front door in plain view from the sidewalk, luckily she has a pretty hefty awning or it would've gotten soaked.

Driving to work today was fine, but i'm driving The Silverback( my '96 Buick LeSabre) and 12 years of driving in michigan snow have taught me some things. Fun times yesterday on the way home when some big green SUV behind me looked like it was going to pull a U-turn on the lower level of the Fremont bridge, before running head-on smack into the wall. They were going about 20-30mph, and i heard the collision in my car about 50-60 yards away.

they found my computer! apparently they delivered it to a nearby computer store (that has a loading bay address on my street) that gets a lot of deliveries from apple.

stupid yeah but they're gonna pick it up and bring it to me tomorrow... so i guess that's ok. at least it was a computer store and not some random dude who got it.
