guacamole needs good salt & also a bit of garlic or sweet onion. i like to really overload the lemon or lime or add a bit of zest bc the whole fixture loses most of its brightness over the time it's gotta sit in the 'fridge to blend properly. and there's really nothing worse than dead-dull guac.
