AFter careful review of these, I stand behind every single rule with the exception only of "no boys in the room".

Did you notice "at all" seems to have been written on there as an afterthought? Like maybe someone was all "maybe just a little popcorn fright" and the little girl was all "oh no you didn't" and wrote that shit on there afterwards to make things PERFECTLY CLEAR.

yes, these rules are only enforceable within 1p3's borders. feel free to get fucking scared to death of some popcorn in crutis country or on noize or whatever (note: 1p3 mods do not endorse this behavior).
