Jade Empire for PC, at last! FF Chronicles DS confirmed! Hard drives in all PS3s, launch still on for November, Gran Turismo HD will be online but looks like it's just a hi-res GT4, apart from that. Rainbow Six for PS3 set in Vegas, looking lovely, but meh, it's still Rainbow Six.

GTA4 is coming out for the PS3 AFTER it comes out for the xbox360. So I'm assuming no, if GTA4 is in October for the 360, "exclusivity" means more than a month of lead time. Sony came out looking fucking terrible.

No, they always said that they were going to do that, that the next-gen one will be called GTA4. Vice City and San Andreas were chapters or installments in GTA3-- so I guess this one is supposed to be the real big change in scope or direction.

i think that's b/c VC/SA were just considered remixes/add-ons to GTA3; i.e. not really new games, per se.

still, that photo's not much to go on. At least the previous two, we had a damn good idea(from the logo & subtitle) of location & time period to begin salivating over. Hell, i can remember the posts on the first ILE thread about SA where certain folks were jizzing over the fact that they could finally race around in a GTA game and listen to in-game gangsta rap.

Still, with the Wii system, if they can pull off some of the unconvential gameplay/audience stuff like with EyeToy or Guitar Hero, i.e. make it a party game or something, they should make a killing.

I mean, just imagine what'll happen when they finally get the next Star Wars game on there(assuming it won't suck camel sac like most SW licenses do).

Well, you get the idea-- an elaboration of GTA3, which was the one in Liberty City. And also CF the original top-down GTA game, in which Liberty City, Vice City and San Andreas were the three big levels you could go to. Come to think of it, the one that came after that was the enormous Swinging London addon-- does that add credence to the GTA4 London rumour?

I went to e3! I played the Wii!! I liked the Baseball, and the Wario Ware, and the Mario Galaxy , and the Tennis the best!!! The controller is more difficult to use than I thought it would be, but hopefully I just need more practice.
