no, it's not a toomer:
delhomme qb 25 l. johnson rb 1(in progress) mcallister rb 2 driver wr 13 galloway wr 27 heap te 0 (in progress) steelers d 11 vinatieri 8
total points: 87
keep it up! nice change from last week's fugliness against chicago kevin's team.
― hstencil, Sunday, 16 September 2007 21:03 (eighteen years ago)
I wish I was in that league!
My other fantasy team's a Yahoo league too, so I have no idea how I'm doing. :(
― Johnny Fever, Sunday, 16 September 2007 21:04 (eighteen years ago)
Guess who had Braylon Edwards benched today!
― Pleasant Plains, Sunday, 16 September 2007 21:07 (eighteen years ago)
10,000 ppl across the country.
― Jordan Sargent, Sunday, 16 September 2007 21:13 (eighteen years ago)
how many fukkin fantasy threads u need
― cankles, Sunday, 16 September 2007 21:32 (eighteen years ago)
i played jorel opening week and at halftime of the sunday night game i think i was down 16 points with TO as my only hope. he had zero points when i left to go to a show, when i got home he somehow scored 22 points in the second half.
i dismembered the titans this week. my team is pretty good, even if i don't have a qb.
― chicago kevin, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 17:48 (eighteen years ago)
is it time to bench brees for favre?!? i hate my team. fucking Larry Johnson pick #3.......... there is like no amount of lineup tweaking you can do to overcome that shit.
― bnw, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 20:45 (eighteen years ago)
qb -- brady rb -- s jackson rb -- willie parker wr -- chad johnson wr -- larry fitzgerald wr -- lee evans te -- alge crumpler k -- robbie gould def - minnesota i'm 1-1, playing my gf this week. she's got peyton and addai and t.o. and i think i'm gonna lose.
― omar little, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 20:55 (eighteen years ago)
qb -- Carson Palmer qb -- Cutler or Garrard rb -- Steven Jackson (NO HELP) rb -- Edgerrin James wr -- Joey Galloway (wtf?) wr -- Lee Evans (NO HELP) wr -- Brandon Marshall te -- Randy McMichael (oh lawd) k -- Neil Rackers d -- Chicago
Also got DB/DL's in this league. I have no idea who to go to on this one since it's such a weird category. Currently got Cedric Griffin, Mike Rucker, and my last pick in the draft, former Razorback Kenoy Kennedy.
Also on the bench, Kevin Jones with some kick and punt returners that I thought would earn me some points, but no.
― Pleasant Plains, Wednesday, 19 September 2007 21:02 (eighteen years ago)
ok, who do i sit this week? travis henry vs. jacksonville, laurence maroney vs. buffalo, or adrian peterson vs. kansas city? i can only start two.
― chicago kevin, Friday, 21 September 2007 00:11 (eighteen years ago)
i'd sit maroney, purely for touchdown reasons. henry is pretty solid and a pete had like 120 total last week.
― Jordan Sargent, Friday, 21 September 2007 00:21 (eighteen years ago)
maroney isn't as integral as the other two seem to be, at least at this point. yeah i would sit him. i hope he doesn't score 3 tds now.
― omar little, Friday, 21 September 2007 00:23 (eighteen years ago)
qb- delhomme or cutler rb- joseph addai rb- reggie bush wr- t.j. housh wr- lee evans te- tony gonzalez w/r- adrian peterson def- minnesota k- josh brown bn- fred taylor, ladell betts, shaun mcdonald
― t0dd swiss, Friday, 21 September 2007 00:28 (eighteen years ago)
as it stands, my team name is sniper africa and i am in first place
― t0dd swiss, Friday, 21 September 2007 00:29 (eighteen years ago)
i'd sit maroney, purely for touchdown reasons.
he's got as many td's as henry at this point. i'm thinking of sitting peterson, i watched kc this past week and their lbs don't look too bad (they look quick anyway) which should negate some of peterson's receptions. i'm thinking this might be the week maroney finally breaks out and i've also got a feeling this is the week that shanahan does something like give hardy only 7 carries.
no matter who i sit they'll probably have a career weekend.
― chicago kevin, Friday, 21 September 2007 00:48 (eighteen years ago)
there is no "somehow" in t.o.'s scoring. dude is good and i feel like people forgot about him.
― hstencil, Friday, 21 September 2007 00:58 (eighteen years ago)
yeah he's good but he's also got a history of alligator arms. i'm not sad that i have him but i don't trust him either.
― chicago kevin, Friday, 21 September 2007 01:05 (eighteen years ago)
i dunno he's been pretty solid so far!
― hstencil, Friday, 21 September 2007 01:11 (eighteen years ago)
yeah, he's been great, i hope he keeps it up. i guess being two hours late for that and only preranking my running backs (in a league where we start one rb, one rb/wr) was a blessing in disguise.
still, jason fucking campbell as my quarterback.... wretch.
― chicago kevin, Friday, 21 September 2007 01:14 (eighteen years ago)
speaking of jason campbell, him vs. nyg or derek anderson vs oakland? what's the rumpus with anderson? was last week a product of him playing against cincy or his he just that much better than charlie fryeguy? brownie? anyone?
― chicago kevin, Friday, 21 September 2007 20:12 (eighteen years ago)
starters for this week:
hasselbeck q - could torch cincy's terrible d. but should i start delhomme against the falcons? l. johnson rb - don't really like this matchup with minnesota d. wynn rb/wr - vs sd? hrm... driver wr - think the pass matchup is much better than the run... galloway wr heap te steelers d vinatieri k
in wynn's place i could start mcallister or lynch but i'm sure the latter will stink against the pats' run d...
― hstencil, Friday, 21 September 2007 20:24 (eighteen years ago)
right now and subject to change:
qb- jason campbell rb- travis henry rb/wr- laurence maroney wr- terrell owens wr- tj housiewhatzit te- dally clark d/st- green bay k- jake elam
still haven't bothered to check out derek anderson and still not sure if i should sit one of the rb's and put in adrian peterson.
― chicago kevin, Friday, 21 September 2007 23:11 (eighteen years ago)
i think i may play roflsberger over brees :?
― bnw, Friday, 21 September 2007 23:21 (eighteen years ago)
Everytime I've seen Anderson play I've thought he should be starting. He makes some young QB mistakes, but he's also shown signs of pretty good judgment (not to mention ability). Frye was, is and will continue to be a fucking tool.
Wynn looked awesome, just as he did when he was a Gator. And iirc, NE chewed up SD's run defense last week.
― Johnny Fever, Saturday, 22 September 2007 03:14 (eighteen years ago)
shit, he can't be much worse than campbell, maybe i'll give him a shot.
― chicago kevin, Saturday, 22 September 2007 03:32 (eighteen years ago)
Team Dwigt:
QB: Vince Young RB: Rudi Johnson RB: MoJo Drew WR: Braylon Edwards WR: Plaxico TE: Antonio Gates K: Jason Elam D/ST: Philly
Don't laugh. It's a 14-man league.
― Mr. Snrub, Saturday, 22 September 2007 23:22 (eighteen years ago)
I'll tell ya one thing: If MoJo doesn't step up this week (@ Denver), he is OUTTA THERE.
― Mr. Snrub, Saturday, 22 September 2007 23:23 (eighteen years ago)
He'll probably be explosive this week, simply because I'm keeping him benched.
― Johnny Fever, Sunday, 23 September 2007 00:51 (eighteen years ago)
so what's the deal with the jax defense? do they deserve the ranking they earned as last in the league in run defense or were they just caught off guard against tennessee?
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 01:36 (eighteen years ago)
Jax sucks on both sides of the ball this year so far. And I'm not sure how they'd make it better, either.
― Johnny Fever, Sunday, 23 September 2007 07:36 (eighteen years ago)
fuck i should've started lynch.
― hstencil, Sunday, 23 September 2007 17:27 (eighteen years ago)
I've got him on the bench in my other league too. :(
― Johnny Fever, Sunday, 23 September 2007 17:29 (eighteen years ago)
my opponent in today's game left kevin curtis on the bench. :D
― hstencil, Sunday, 23 September 2007 18:12 (eighteen years ago)
I left Curtis on the bench too.
Me = moron.
― Johnny Fever, Sunday, 23 September 2007 18:15 (eighteen years ago)
at 12:40 this morning i sat jason campbell and adrian peterson and started derek anderson and laurence maroney. at 12:45 I sat derek anderson and travis henry and started jason campbell and laurence maroney.
so far the peterson start is paying off.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 18:43 (eighteen years ago)
i got up, took a piss, when i got back to my couch my opponent scored 20 points. wtf?
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 19:29 (eighteen years ago)
well my opponent left over 70 points on the bench so i'm excited.
― hstencil, Sunday, 23 September 2007 19:33 (eighteen years ago)
looks like ronny brown (THIRTY FUCKING POINTS??!?!) and randy moss scored at the same time. if i'm gonna win i'm gonna need one of my running backs to score, green bay to take a turnover or kick back for a td, and for arizona to start putting some points on the board against the baltimore d.
i don't think all that will happen.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 19:39 (eighteen years ago)
hey, thanks kurt warner/anquan boldin!
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 19:40 (eighteen years ago)
for fuck's sake, ronnie brown putting up FORTY GODDAMN POINTS??!?!?!?
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 19:51 (eighteen years ago)
wow, 92 points on the bench.
― hstencil, Sunday, 23 September 2007 19:58 (eighteen years ago)
ok, if winslow can get shut out vs oakland and my qb, two wrs, and kicker can each average 16 points i could pull this out.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 20:10 (eighteen years ago)
er uh good luck i guess.
― hstencil, Sunday, 23 September 2007 20:11 (eighteen years ago)
yeah, probably not gonna happen. but it could if one of my wr's or the qb has a monster game to compensate for jake elam.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 20:13 (eighteen years ago)
tj houshmandzadeh doing his part with 13 points in the first quarter.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 20:38 (eighteen years ago)
Go Housh.
― Johnny Fever, Sunday, 23 September 2007 20:41 (eighteen years ago)
OK I THOUGHT THE SAMKON GADO-ERA DAYS OF RANDOM PACKERS RBS GETTING 14 PTS A GAME WAS STILL HAPPENING!!!! WHAT HAPPENED DESHAWN WYNN?????
― Jordan Sargent, Sunday, 23 September 2007 21:30 (eighteen years ago)
well brandon jackson had 10 points.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 21:34 (eighteen years ago)
i didn't start him ;_;
― Jordan Sargent, Sunday, 23 September 2007 21:39 (eighteen years ago)
Still, I'm not going to trade Wynn away. Based on how he played in college, I know performance like Week 2 wasn't a freak occurence. He just needs more touches.
― Johnny Fever, Sunday, 23 September 2007 21:42 (eighteen years ago)
He just needs more touches.
don't we all.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 23 September 2007 21:46 (eighteen years ago)
RB issues:
my starters are willie parker and steven jackson. my bench dudes are adrian peterson and marion barber III. i have no rb/wr slot, so there's no where else to stick those guys. would you consider benching either willie or jax for either of those bench guys?
― omar little, Monday, 24 September 2007 17:23 (eighteen years ago)
steven jackson is out i guess! i will go with marion barber III
― omar little, Tuesday, 25 September 2007 17:45 (eighteen years ago)
i finally won :D ronnie brown - all is forgiver. larry johnson, we still got beef.
― bnw, Tuesday, 25 September 2007 17:53 (eighteen years ago)
hey dudes, is Suicide Pool okay here?
Looking at Dallas hosting Jacksonless Rams or Angry San Diego hosting KC and Angry LJ...
― rogermexico., Tuesday, 25 September 2007 18:31 (eighteen years ago)
Dallas, easy.
― Johnny Fever, Tuesday, 25 September 2007 18:50 (eighteen years ago)
But remember... each team can only be used ONCE...
― rogermexico., Tuesday, 25 September 2007 20:09 (eighteen years ago)
Yeah, I know...but the Rams are probably THE MOST inept team in the league this season. I'd even take Cleveland or Oakland or maybe even the Falcons over the Rams right now.
― Johnny Fever, Tuesday, 25 September 2007 20:34 (eighteen years ago)
yeah the rams looked fuckin' terrible in last week's game...
― hstencil, Tuesday, 25 September 2007 23:15 (eighteen years ago)
holy shit, stence, our other league sets fucking point spreads for our teams!! we're both underdogs this week, if one were to wager on a fantasy game (let's ignore the sad, desperate aspect of that for now), i would be getting four points. you'd be getting 14 and are going up against the team expected the score the most in the league.
― chicago kevin, Wednesday, 26 September 2007 05:56 (eighteen years ago)
i couldn't decide between dallas and san diego in my suicide pool, i took san diego because i'm wary about going against teams that are winless. they have to win a game some time.
― chicago kevin, Thursday, 27 September 2007 19:38 (eighteen years ago)
that's gotta be a fluke, no way dude's 1-2 team is scoring more points than anyone else. plus in the preview thing, it has me winning.
― hstencil, Thursday, 27 September 2007 21:42 (eighteen years ago)
if you go to the league home then go to "scoreboard" there will be two subtabs, one for "results" the other for "game lines". go to the game lines. the preview thing is based on the H&V predictions which have been so inaccurate that espn actually took them out of their "who to start" thing from their "experts".
― chicago kevin, Thursday, 27 September 2007 21:47 (eighteen years ago)
oh, hey, now you're a 1 point favorite. and the dude you're playing they have scoring 115 points, second most in the league this week, and losing. i'm still a four point dog, 104-108.
― chicago kevin, Thursday, 27 September 2007 21:48 (eighteen years ago)
http://games.espn.go.com/ffl/gamelines?leagueId=224480
― chicago kevin, Thursday, 27 September 2007 21:49 (eighteen years ago)
well there's no way i'm scoring 116 points. my opponent has both mcnabb and westbrook, which must be throwing everything off. there's no way they repeat last week's performance against the giants.
― hstencil, Thursday, 27 September 2007 22:24 (eighteen years ago)
that i am asking this question is proof enough that i'm fucked this week anyway, but who should i start - Muhsin Muhammed or Donte' Stallworth? both largely ignored so far this season, both against terrible pass defenses, 1 new QB in the mix.
is there a good case to be made for either man? help me, ILNFL.
― Roberto Spiralli, Friday, 28 September 2007 14:09 (eighteen years ago)
STALLWORTH!
he's the guy with the first string quarterback throwing to him. moose has a guy who couldn't beat out rex grossman in camp throwing to him.
― chicago kevin, Friday, 28 September 2007 23:26 (eighteen years ago)
i made a late substitution of travis henry in place of adrian peterson. not looking like the right choice right now.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 30 September 2007 18:39 (eighteen years ago)
Yeah, I know...but the Rams are probably THE MOST inept team in the league this season. I'd even take Cleveland or Oakland or maybe even the Falcons over the Rams right now
Well, between 'em Cleveland, Oakland, the Falcons and KC managed to knock out about half of my pool. 125 entered in Week 1, 37 move on to Week 5.
― rogermexico., Sunday, 30 September 2007 23:27 (eighteen years ago)
66-48, not bad considering joey galloway didn't score a single fucking point. ugh.
― hstencil, Monday, 1 October 2007 16:49 (eighteen years ago)
f.u. --
willie parker marion barber III alge crumpler kevin curtis
― omar little, Monday, 1 October 2007 17:12 (eighteen years ago)
i lucked out going against harrison this week. t.o. only gave me 3 points so i figured i was screwed. i think i'm up about 12 or 15 going into tonight against brady and the cincy kicker. i have maroney and tj housh.
― chicago kevin, Monday, 1 October 2007 18:43 (eighteen years ago)
Holy crap, Darren Sproles! I took a longshot and it paid off!
― Pleasant Plains, Monday, 1 October 2007 18:49 (eighteen years ago)
i think i'm in some trouble this week, because s-jax is going to be out again, adrian peterson and chad johnson are on bye, as is my minnesota defense. i'm debating on whether to put in marion barber or edgerrin james at rb. my wr slots are ok. i picked up houston's defense against miami, which might be the bad move. oh well.
― omar little, Tuesday, 2 October 2007 22:20 (eighteen years ago)
i think i won by 3 points despite having maroney in my lineup.
― chicago kevin, Tuesday, 2 October 2007 22:31 (eighteen years ago)
travis henry, what the fuck i ask you, what the fuck?
― chicago kevin, Friday, 5 October 2007 20:40 (eighteen years ago)
next week: bench larry johnson, start deshaun wynn? yikes.
― hstencil, Monday, 8 October 2007 00:30 (eighteen years ago)
goddamn i need marshawn lynch to score 11 points tomorrow to win. ;_;
― hstencil, Monday, 8 October 2007 03:46 (eighteen years ago)
i need a combined 23 points from nick folk and t.o. to tie. i got nailed by maroney being out, peterson & houshmandzadeh being on bye, and then deion branch, travis henry, and deshaun foster all taking the week off.
luckily the dude i'm playing left 3 of his top four scorers on the bench this week.
― chicago kevin, Monday, 8 October 2007 03:55 (eighteen years ago)
t.o. could maybe put up those numbers against the bills by himself.
― hstencil, Monday, 8 October 2007 03:58 (eighteen years ago)
otm ;_;
― horseshoe, Monday, 8 October 2007 03:59 (eighteen years ago)
Yeah, T.O. is probably good for 2 tds and 100 yards by himself tomorrow night. Folk will probably get 2 or 3 fgs and who knows how many point-afters.
― Johnny Fever, Monday, 8 October 2007 04:01 (eighteen years ago)
i'm afraid the c-boys will get out to an early lead then run run run without to having much to do.
― chicago kevin, Monday, 8 October 2007 04:05 (eighteen years ago)
ONLY FOUR POINTS TO TIE, C'MON MARSHAWN.
PS WTF KIND OF NAME IS MARSHAWN?
― hstencil, Tuesday, 9 October 2007 01:39 (eighteen years ago)
AN AWESOME NAME
― horseshoe, Tuesday, 9 October 2007 02:32 (eighteen years ago)
TRUE BUT I LOST BY ONE POINT
ONE FUCKING POINT
― hstencil, Tuesday, 9 October 2007 07:02 (eighteen years ago)
dang, looks like i lost. my team won't load from espn's site but my record is now 3-2 so i guess folk/owens didn't give me the 23 points i needed. oh well, bound to happen when the henry/foster tandem gave me a total of 10 points or whatever.
― chicago kevin, Tuesday, 9 October 2007 14:47 (eighteen years ago)
dang, lost by 5, that's a killer. i switched out my qb, rb, rb/wr, te, and one of my wr's for the upcoming week. nothing like a 62.5% turnover rate in your lineup from one week to the next.
― chicago kevin, Tuesday, 9 October 2007 15:02 (eighteen years ago)
goddamit espn isn't updating.
― hstencil, Sunday, 14 October 2007 18:17 (eighteen years ago)
espn is updating for me! peterson just busted a 67 yard td for me.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 18:18 (eighteen years ago)
goddamnit h, i switched over to check the score of your game and everyone scored zero points. so when i went back to my game it showed everyone on my team and the opponents having zero points.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 18:20 (eighteen years ago)
shit, my other espn league is working.... wtf?
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 18:29 (eighteen years ago)
fucked up, man. sorrys.
― hstencil, Sunday, 14 October 2007 18:35 (eighteen years ago)
Live scoring is currently not available. We are working to get the problem resolved as quickly as possible.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 18:36 (eighteen years ago)
housh and peterson gave me a combined 70 points.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 20:27 (eighteen years ago)
brutal.
in the meantime, why did i start todd heap?
― hstencil, Sunday, 14 October 2007 20:29 (eighteen years ago)
ugh, it's still halfway through the first quarter and LDT has 18 points. i'm gonna need every point that peterson gave me...
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 20:38 (eighteen years ago)
anderson= 28 peterson= 44 housh= 28
100 points just from those three and i still have a great chance at losing. mike stover gave my opponent 18 points and the aforementioned tomlinson is going off.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 20:39 (eighteen years ago)
deshaun foster, any time you want to make an appearance on the scoring sheet is fine with me big fella.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 21:00 (eighteen years ago)
r.i.p.
― Jordan Sargent, Sunday, 14 October 2007 21:06 (eighteen years ago)
thanks nick folk, i needed those three points plus i'm going against the pats d.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 21:07 (eighteen years ago)
i'm up 42 with owens, nick folk, and deshaun foster still playing. opponent has tomlinson and pats d/st as well as bobby engram in the late game.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 21:56 (eighteen years ago)
ldt goes for 46 points and if i lose this week i'm gonna snap.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 23:02 (eighteen years ago)
as long as bobby engram doesn't go off for 26 points i'm good.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 14 October 2007 23:49 (eighteen years ago)
I've got Engram on my bullshit side fantasy team, and I need 5 points out of him tonight.
― Johnny Fever, Sunday, 14 October 2007 23:50 (eighteen years ago)
i have brady, ade peterson, and braylon edwards on my team. i don't think i needed to start anyone else, tbh!
― omar little, Monday, 15 October 2007 02:06 (eighteen years ago)
wow, i think i'm gonna get smoked this week. also, i was looking at the stats and it looks like everyone has a career week when they play me. 543 points against? there's one team that has less than 400 points against. most are below 450. wtf?
― chicago kevin, Tuesday, 16 October 2007 19:17 (eighteen years ago)
hey, as long as dallas clark scores two more points than addai and harrison combined i'll win my matchup!!
― chicago kevin, Monday, 22 October 2007 23:37 (eighteen years ago)
thanks for that one point week jason campbell, couldn't have done this without you. great week to go against brady too.
― chicago kevin, Monday, 22 October 2007 23:38 (eighteen years ago)
Thats what Neil Rackers snagged me. luckily I had the Iggles awesome D to make up for it w/ 2 pts. Two weeks in a row Larry Jo shows up and I lose both of 'em goddamnit.
― bnw, Monday, 22 October 2007 23:44 (eighteen years ago)
i'm hoping for some sort of collision during the colts pregame warm ups.
― chicago kevin, Tuesday, 23 October 2007 00:35 (eighteen years ago)
oh ronnie brown.... bye bye season
― bnw, Tuesday, 23 October 2007 01:48 (eighteen years ago)
holy fuck dally clark just tied the game for me!! FUMBLE JOE ADDAI, FUMBLE!!!
― chicago kevin, Tuesday, 23 October 2007 03:25 (eighteen years ago)
ok so i'm in 2nd place because i tied. THANKS FOR NOT GIVING ME TWO POINTS JASON CAMPBELL.
― chicago kevin, Tuesday, 23 October 2007 04:37 (eighteen years ago)
Yeah, Campbell screwed me in my non-ILNFL league too. If I'd know Kurt Warner was going to play (and be effective), I'd have started him instead. 15 points...wasted!
― Johnny Fever, Tuesday, 23 October 2007 04:39 (eighteen years ago)
wtf espn.com, how many weeks does this have to happen before you fix it? i'm sick of seeing:
Live scoring is temporarily unavailable. We are working to resolve the problem as quickly as possible.
― chicago kevin, Sunday, 28 October 2007 18:10 (eighteen years ago)
my running backs are giving me headaches this season. willie parker can't score, steven jackson is always injured, ade peterson had to go and fuck up his knee or something, and marion barber seems to have taken a backseat to the tony and t.o. show. actually the rbs aren't bad compared to my WRs, which includes lee evans, chad johnson, and larry fitzgerald. thank christ for braylon edwards, though.
― omar little, Wednesday, 21 November 2007 19:15 (eighteen years ago)
I'm glad I picked this year to be my first non-fantasy year in a long time, because I'm pretty sure I'd have gone insane by now.
― polyphonic, Wednesday, 21 November 2007 19:53 (eighteen years ago)
marion barber seems to have taken a backseat to the tony and t.o. show.
This is giving me serious fits in ilnfl.
― Rock Hardy, Wednesday, 21 November 2007 20:20 (eighteen years ago)
I need Marques Colston to outplay Roddy White tonight if I wanna make the playoffs. Keep throwing, Brees, keep throwing!
― Johnny Fever, Tuesday, 11 December 2007 03:18 (seventeen years ago)
phew

Hope no one talked you out of it. LOL @ Broncos.
― Johnny Fever, Friday, 14 December 2007 04:17 (seventeen years ago)
Well they only ended up with 11 fantasy points, so maybe it's a good thing I pulled them at the last minute. I think I'll go with the Bengals instead. San Francisco's complete garbage.
― Mr. Snrub, Friday, 14 December 2007 04:25 (seventeen years ago)
I am such an idiot.
― Mr. Snrub, Sunday, 16 December 2007 01:50 (seventeen years ago)
Game hasn't even been played yet! cheer up snrub!
― brownie, Sunday, 16 December 2007 02:03 (seventeen years ago)
hey you going to the Browns game tomorrow?
Nah. It's gonna be cold as hell, and the whole time I'll just be stressing about fantasy football.
Although if the second half of tonight's game is anything like the first, I'm probably already dead. DO SOMETHING RUDI JOHNSON FOR FUCK'S SAKE!!! AND HOW BOUT SOME DEFENSIVE TOUCHDOWNS?
― Mr. Snrub, Sunday, 16 December 2007 02:45 (seventeen years ago)
damn there's a game tonight. I had no idea!
― brownie, Sunday, 16 December 2007 02:58 (seventeen years ago)
And I'm already fucking pissed off because I can't watch this fucking game on TV because it's on the fucking NFL Network so the only way I have any idea what is going on is by checking out cbssportsline.com, but there's so much shit they don't tell you. Like why the fuck is Kenny Watson playing?
― Mr. Snrub, Sunday, 16 December 2007 02:58 (seventeen years ago)

I'm tied up with my opponent, but he's still got Desmond Clark tomorrow night. WAAAAH!
― Johnny Fever, Monday, 17 December 2007 04:44 (seventeen years ago)
due to a weird-assed scoring system where it combines last weeks total with this weeks total i need adrian peterson to give me 39 points and the vikings d to give my opponent 0 points for me to tie my playoff game. last week my team gave me 42 total points. way to shit the bed the one time i needed you fellas.
― chicago kevin, Monday, 17 December 2007 19:09 (seventeen years ago)
o wau! Desmond Clark was a dud tonight. What happens when there's a tie in the playoffs, anyone know?
― Johnny Fever, Tuesday, 18 December 2007 04:47 (seventeen years ago)

― Johnny Fever, Monday, 31 December 2007 04:20 (seventeen years ago)
In my other league, in my flex slot, should I start the 55th best WR or the 15th best TE? My options are guys like Andre Roberts, Mohammed Sanu, Greg Little, or guys like Martellus Bennett, Brent Celek, Fred Davis... None of them are very attractive options.
― polyphonic, Thursday, 5 September 2013 18:53 (twelve years ago)
fred davis i am telling u, especially this match up
― Roberto Spiralli, Thursday, 5 September 2013 19:41 (twelve years ago)
bennett is gonna be a good TE to have around too, altho i would certainly take davis over him this week
― Roberto Spiralli, Thursday, 5 September 2013 19:42 (twelve years ago)
Oops Fred Davis isn't available. :(
