Especially Adelaide United's unbeaten run in the A-League so far this season - with a Dutch manager in Australia that can manage!

When watching the teeny tiny Robbie-Fowler-centric A-league highlights package on Soccer AM of a Saturday morning, I was very taken with one of the grounds I saw at the weekend which appeared to have a park in the corner. No seats, no terracing, just grass with people sitting on it watching the game. They looked like they should be having picnics. Are all Australian games/stadia like this?

Also Ailsa, the grassy bank is a regular feature of many Aussie sports stadia - I reckon we could do with something similar here, especially for the cricket.
KBP, what is the best A-league goal from recent times?

I spent a couple of months in Australia in 1997. This coincided with THE SOCCEROOS LED BY TERRY VENABLES reaching some kind of play-off against Iran for the final World Cup place. IIRC, Australia went 2-0 up and were crusing to victory when play was interrupted because some mad man invaded the pitch and got himself entangled in the goal net. It took a while to get rid of this bloke so there was a lengthy delay. When the game restarted Iran reasserted themselves and salvaged a 2-2 draw and they ended up going to France 98 instead of Australia.
Again, IIRC this bloke was the same man who also ran onto the race course during a major horse race at around the same time (I'm tempted to say 'The Melbourne Cup', but I have no idea why I think that - for all I know that's a sailing competition). And, also while I was there, Michael Hutchence died and the same bloke blagged his way into the funeral service and mock-hanged himself while shouting to Paula Yates "this is how he did it?" (or something like that).
All this happened during a very short space of time. Then I left Australia never to return. My question to KBP: did this bloke get locked up never to return or does he fuck up some major event roughly once a week even now?
