It's the magic of the cup, apart from Steve Evans being a gobshite.

Well Brighton were the first team I ever went to see live, and I went to the games pretty regularly between the ages of 11 and 15. But I'll be fucked if a game against Stoke is the tie of this or any other round. Crawley are the last team I paid to see live, went 6 or 7 times the season before last but it was £11 a pop and the football was shite, and lets be honest it's really Man Utd Reserves and Youth team vs Crawley so not tie of the round either. Won't go for an all Prem tie 'cos - BORING! So err Leyton Orient vs Arsenal I guess, although Reading are pretty good and Shane Long seems like a bro so maybe go with that one.

Denilson may yet find his level at the mighty O's.

Orient are in the fifth round for the first time in 29 years?

First entry shd read Fulham vs Bolton or Wigan

Cars and Freedom (Noodle Vague), Sunday, 30 January 2011 16:48 (fourteen years ago)

Last time they were in this position they scored three in the second half, Bale will rescue them.

He is so good, he doesn't even have to be on the pitch to win the game for them, which he will.

Orient-Arsenal's the only one that wouldn't've been better drawn round the other way

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 30 January 2011 19:14 (fourteen years ago)

Why's that? Won't it be trickier for Arsenal to play at Brisbane Road? I would have said Crawley v Man Utd would have been better that way round too.

Death and Taxis (Nasty, Brutish & Short), Sunday, 30 January 2011 20:02 (fourteen years ago)

That's what I meant - Reading, Crawley, Burnley, Wednesday, Brighton and possibly Villa all shafted by the away draw.

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 30 January 2011 20:14 (fourteen years ago)

Hang on, it's also what I said - for a moment you had me thinking I'd double-negatived myself

Ismael Klata, Sunday, 30 January 2011 20:15 (fourteen years ago)

Ah, you're right. Yes - I completely agree with you, except for Brighton (whose temporary ground is so horrible no tie should be played there).
