yeah it's a perth thing, though i've only read about it being a perth thing as opposed to hearing it in any sort of common use. 'mint' is pretty common amongst the perthites i've known though

Yeah I also hasno aircon. At least theres a ceiling fan now, and it does a decent job in 30 degree heat. And I feel bad about using aircon tbh... but still.
