I have no idea. I found it on some "humour" site a few years when I was making a poster for a show my brother was putting on.
I love it though.

What sort of show was that? A "humour" show? An exemplar of the world-famous Canadian capacity for funniness? Is he in Kids In The Hall? Can he do a funny Croatian accent like in Brain Candy?

Actually he's sort of a comedic folk-singer. A (blatantly derivative) cross between Mojo Nixon and Jonathan Richman.
The show was actually a benefit for some kids camp he works for. He was raising money to buy them new recreation equipment. Like frisbees.

I just love that picture, cuz like, everything about it.
