Has anyone mentioned how great Hobgoblins is yet? Top notch riffing all the way through, and it has that incredible bit when one the lead characters is unmistakably burnt to death, but then returns during the final scene without so much as a singed eyebrow!

Can anyone explain the forest/hunter scenes in that movie at all? The other two parts are ET and teen slasher ripoffs, but the hunter scenes don't explain themselves or appear to rip off any type of movie.

They're poaching doing the poaching for the eggs and the thing. I think. And the Pepperidge Farm guy was one of them but now he's not and he has a bar at home and drinks from it.

Again, I think.

And isn't it something like the hunters smashed the eggs and are there to show the 'bad' side of human nature...but they sort of outlive their purpose after 5 minutes of the movie so they're just padding after that. Wonderful, foggy, Renaissance fair padding. JERK.

my friends and I are thinking of recording a series of alt commentaries for bad mainstream movies (romcoms etc.) wherein we invent drinking games for each movie in advance and then carry them out while discussing the film in a way that will start out pseudo-intelligent and then inevitably degrade into puerile name-calling as we get more and more intoxicated. is it a good idea y/n

Have you ever heard the Cannibal! the Musical commentary? - Trey & Matt and friends do that. If your shenanigans are as funny as theirs over the course of the movie, then I say YES
