Wait this might be a little to O/T but I was thinking about shaping up my body and I am getting obsessed with this CrossFit thing. Its website really sucked me in one day when I clicked on an ad about "the sport of fitness"(damn hulu!).

Seems like a thing reebok designed that's like a competitive/but-also-were-all-in-it-together circuit gym thing... I dunno it sets my cult nerves off because it combines love-bombing with self-enhancement and WINNING. The enhancement is real though, so I suppose that makes a big difference. Maybe I should start a new thread about fitness stuff cause it seems like a whole different area.
