However he is very, very good at hosting BB'sBM. Given how many times it's on a week I am impressed that he can keep coming up with new iterations of not just the ballbags/SWINE link, but also "So-and-so is perfectly happy to do such-and-such, but when I suggested it would be quite good to see Aisleyne and Grace wrestling in crude oil in the middle of a desert, they looked at me like I was no better than Gary Glitter...", and the one that goes "Get in touch with us the way the Daily Mail gets in touch with asylum seekers, except use a phone instead of creating a hysterical climate of fear and distrust"...

the ballbag thing is v unfunny and his schtick is v thin and samey and his "set pieces" for the phone message thing etc are also quite unfunny but he does say some funny things, sometimes, usually in conversation or when people are shouting

what i like most about him is that although he's very quick, especially in the audience opinion sections of the show, he's never snide towards the audience members. also he always tries to deflate any particularly vitriolic opinion in a surprisingly claming way. "oh you shouldn't think that, i like grace, she's nice".

The singer was left shocked after the MTV host flirted outrageously with her throughout an interview for his show 1 Leicester Square. Later, the presenter apparently chased Minogue down a corridor and demanded her phone number.

telly people like him because he is totally professional. If you shout in his earpiece that he needs to make shit up for the next two minutes, he'll do it. It seems like a strange skill in the real world, but is highly prized in tellyland.

In all seriousness, even after Weinstein's conviction, it's been a mixed bag when it comes to the courts. Cosby was eventually freed and even Weinstein got a retrial (which should happen in less than two weeks). Some other successful convictions (like R. Kelly where they nailed him specifically for racketeering and sex trafficking) but otherwise I feel like settlements in civil cases have been the most reliable and consistent successes to be had, and even then not always.
