I just saw 'capturing the friedmans' and cook has so much money that he doesn't want to play pool, any longer, and I have lots of work, to do.

I am depressed.

RJG (RJG), Sunday, 11 April 2004 18:53 (twenty-one years ago)

I am disturbed by the X in the middle of that Scout site's title. It makes it look like some kind of porn site.

RJG (RJG), Sunday, 11 April 2004 22:24 (twenty-one years ago)

easter monday? I doubt it then.

what time suits you? you call it.

I was just thinking that if schools are in, which I doubt it, then we'd have to play at 4, if we were to play on my park.

are we playing on my park? or elsewhere?

cozen (Cozen), Sunday, 11 April 2004 22:25 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm not playing, kids.

the bluefox, Monday, 12 April 2004 11:01 (twenty-one years ago)

cozen (Cozen), Monday, 12 April 2004 11:26 (twenty-one years ago)

I'm watching.

the bluefox, Monday, 12 April 2004 11:47 (twenty-one years ago)

cozen should set up a webcam

ken c (ken c), Monday, 12 April 2004 12:51 (twenty-one years ago)

so we can see his ball

ken c (ken c), Monday, 12 April 2004 12:51 (twenty-one years ago)

we arrived, to find hockey, ongoing. I telephoned cozen to tell him I hated him and ask where he was. he said he'd seen my hair and it was okay and to continue to the gate. we got up, to their level, as they were being sent away, by the hockey mistress. cozen and two flatmates. we went to a tiny five-a-side (three-a-side) "pitch," which was being used by small people. we went to a bigger five-a-side (seven-a-side) "pitch," which was made out of concrete. ally told us that was where he had to smoke, so that they could film him. ally thought we could hear murdoch's music, from a window. ally wouldn't change his trousers. ally took his watch off. we played, three-a-side, until flatmate #2 (I think) fell (or was he pushed?) and onto glass and cut. flatmate #2 (I think) had to leave. with hyndsight, he should have gone to the pharmacy, after all. then we played cuppy doubles. the numbers said that it was cozen and me Vs. ally and richard 2, with flatmate #1 (I think) in goal. I was already going deaf, due to lack of fitness. cozen and I won. I think I scored two, of the five, but ally said he scored the last one. I had to lie down, on the grass, for a while. they played cuppy singles. ally was in goal and cozen was through and flatmate #1 (I think) was through and richard 2 was out. richard 2 and I sat on the wall. cozen and flatmate #1 (I think) battled. I think cozen scored a couple of goodies but my vision was a little blurred. despite this and despite that, flatmate #1 (I think) won out and scored his and the winner. by then, I had recovered, a little, and we all were standing up and keeping the ball up and, then, richard 2 had to leave but the four, of us, that were left, kept the ball up, a little longer. they were talking about real footballers and how they can kick the ball. some other people, people that we did not and do not know, arrived and we decided to get out. we walked up and onto hyndland road and, there we were, pizza magic. fifteen percent off, if you order online. cozen seemed to be recommending but was, soon, warning off: although they deliver to his flat (nine up, on queer street), he got food poisoning, from their food, once. "that's the magic," said I. "that's the pizza," said cozen. we parted company, at the start of queer street, and ally and I walked to hillhead underground station. a call, from nick, a message, for tracer. we saw a friend, on a large bicycle. he rang his bell, at us, and smiled, at us. on byres road, we saw a mongolian, that I know. I pointed at him, saying to myself "there he is," he smiled and then frowned, thinking to himself, perhaps, that I was saying "there he is," to ally. undergound, we got a train, eventually, and, three stops later, we had another hill to climb and song to sing. if only we could have stopped, for some food, but ally has too many friends. we talked about next week.

RJG (RJG), Monday, 12 April 2004 15:05 (twenty-one years ago)

A good time had by all then. Except perhaps flatmate #2, and the Mongolian.

Cathy (Cathy), Monday, 12 April 2004 16:14 (twenty-one years ago)

I watched the football.

the bluefox, Monday, 12 April 2004 16:16 (twenty-one years ago)
