Yeah, that’s a fair point. But I feel like the skinning of a game is really important. Brenda Romero designed a game that was about the Holocaust, right, and the same set of rules could just be Candyland, and that’s the way we think about it too. It’s not supposed to be about people, but about these representations of them as cards and you’re collecting them because you like them, not because you want to own this person.

even if they go bankrupt someone will buy the service and keep it going too many user to fail

now on the other hand if they start losing users

just out of curiosity, what are the 3/4 of the company doing if they aren't adding value to the company?

twitter is trying desperately to grow is the thing but its not working so theyre putting a lot of resources toward something thats not paying off

a large part of their valuation is based on the idea that they cld become facebook sized, but if their stock drops low enough that cld justify giving up on the world domination project and instead just trying to maintain twitter and make it good

twitter does about 1.5 billion in revenue im sure a PE company could buy it and gut it if they wanted to
