I don't want to actually link to Gab, and I can't find another link, but I watched Trump's response video to the Capitol riot. He sounded the closest thing to chastened I've ever heard him sound, like maybe this hadn't worked out as well for him as he thought it would and he actually recognized it and tried to fake presidentialness way too late.
