obviously I'm glad he's not in Congress anymore but I am actually pretty damn impressed at the scale and breadth of his various grifts. there are a number of people whose entire life is a lie but Santos' life was 20 different lies at the same time. I mean obviously he didn't do a great job keeping them straight and everything sorta unraveled the instant you looked into literally any of it but still, takes some balls to even try
