Is there a name for this flat animation rotoscoped style that seems more wikiHow than Moebius? Can we invent a German or French neologism for it if it doesn't exist, like "Ligne Claire"?

Is it maybe just that the backgrounds in your examples are Moebius influenced but the characters are wikihow?
