I'm about to call my mother to ask her about Glenn Beck. I know she has his Christmas book, but I just want to know. She's a smart lady.

I was gonna post on the '"500 Days of Summer" thread that I thought it would make a good back story for Cobra Commander, but I didn't feel like searching for the thread, coz what if someone already made the comment? I'd have to do 'edit' 'find' 'cobra', and display all posts. So, I posted it on facebook anyway.

I bet no one made that joke, but, wait, are they both played by the same actor or something? Because if so, maybe someone did.

I don't know? It's got a woman in the title, but it's two years old and the reads are on-site reads. It doesn't make sense. The simpsons porn one only partly makes sense, but a lot of those reads are site reads too. Wait, I get that one, because it persists because of the most read threads page working in concert with google hits. But the other one with the girl I just don't get, unless it's a lesser version of the same phenomenon.

Fact: www.dhmo.org is a website dedicated to that stupid joke your chemistry teacher makes in high school about dihydrogen monoxide (H2O) being the most abundant, potentially dangerous chemical in the world.

Fact: according to double top-secret web analytics I saw for epa.g0v today, the number two referrer to EPA's website in the past 3 months was www.dhmo.org, and it's been in the top 5 for the past year.

It’s probably not great to introduce tampered electronics into a supply chain without any regard or care as to who is actually in possession of them at the time they were detonated. But we’ve already established lots of people, both on here and in general, don’t give a fuck about collateral damage when the people on the receiving end are adults, because let’s face it, as long as a percentage of them were terrorists then the unlucky people affected by their exploding solar panels or whatever should have known better than to be standing adjacent to/living with/in the same country as the targeted people.

actually this thread says it a lot better.

“why do so many ‘health workers’ have Hezbollah Pagers?” because Hezbollah Pager isn’t a real thing. because that’s what happens supply chains are contaminated. just because the propaganda needs you to be very stupid to believe it doesn’t mean you’re obliged to become that stupid

lmao at the very IDEA of believing the story about the microtargeting of these devices, like we haven’t seen schools and homes and civilians destroyed at will in the hopes of finding needles in that haystack.

I wanted to make sure this list of prime numbers was a little more fun and quirky! ✨ So here’s how I approached it:

Gathering prime buddies: First, I picked the first 100 prime numbers—those are the special "prime buddies" we all know and love, starting with 2, 3, 5, 7... you get the idea! 🥳

Adding a prime sprinkle: To give each prime a cute little makeover, I sprinkled another prime number on top, like a cherry on a cupcake! 🍒 For the smaller primes, I gave them a tiny sprinkle (adding smaller primes like 3 or 5), and as the primes got bigger, they needed a bigger sprinkle (adding larger primes like 7, 11, or even 19)! 🌟

Making sure it's unique: I didn’t want to use the same sprinkle over and over, so I made sure each prime buddy got its very own special addition. No one wants a boring, repetitive list, right? 😉

In the end, we have a list of prime numbers with a little extra flair! Cute, quirky, and oh-so-primed up! 🎉

This signal head near Allithwaite, Cumbria, also reminds me of Emma Stone:
https://i.imgur.com/PrhHdzV.jpg

It's an unusually attractive signal head.

And by extension it reminds me of Ambassador Alpha Centauri from the Doctor Who story The Curse of Peladon. Apropos of nothing the BFI Southbank is showing an episode of Blakes Seven today, at 12:00. So there's still an hour to buy a ticket. It's "Seek - Locate - Destroy", with a Q&A from Jan Chappell and Sally Knyvette.

So, if you want to see Gareth Thomas projected from videotape onto a huge screen while surrounded by nerds, this is your chance.

hope you enjoyed! "seek - locate - destroy" one of the few B7 eps i've seen... the show itself isn't something that hugely grabs me, except for jacqueline pearce. absolute peak character, servalan.

BY THE WAY ashley you might know the answer to this... i've often read the story that the season 4 renewal was announced by a BBC announcer during the closing credits of the initial broadcast of "terminal", to the complete surprise of the entire cast and crew, but i've never actually heard a recording of the continuity announcements from that initial broadcast... is there a recording of that broadcast extant? i'd think there would have to be, plenty of people owned VCRs by 1980... hell, at least there'd be an audio recording... right?
