Reprint tickets with a special code and maybe issue an additional letter

Original stolen - are NOT valid

issue PR statement warning that Serial numbers of original stolen tickets are not VALID

Match day: have police to resolve any problems

Depends how they were sent. The paragraph below is written on my application form for Playoff final tickets, which is in front of me now.

"The Millennium Stadium operates a policy of not issuing duplicate tickets under any circumstances and Leeds United cannot be held resonsible for loss of tickets sent by standard post. We strongly advise supporters to have their tickets sent by Special Delivery at an additional cost of £5.00*"

*Robbing gits - Special Delivery is £3.85!
