have you been forced to take one by your employer? i took one this week and it was somewhat spooky that even though i took no care in answering the questions it nailed most of my personality traits right on the head.

Is this the same as those Belbin tests? I always get marked out as a Plant (lots of ideas, gets bored of them easily, doesn't like teamwork...).
