Any advice on bugbear virus?

I have gone directly to the Symantec site to download a tool to deal with this, but when I attempt to download it, all I get is a small icon of a box containing a square, a circle, and a triangle.

Any suggestions?

So far I have had not luck trying to find a technical support phone number for Symantec. I'm not sure they even offer such a service.

(For those of you who have not updated your virus definitions recently, I recommend that you do.)
