Oh god YES. I picked up that book about ten years ago because of its irresistible title. First thought: this guy is a nut! Then eventually: this guy is great! My band at the time recorded audio versions of two of them in '93 ("Dumplings" and "The Animated Room"), and several friends and I would entertain each other by writing our own. When I found out that Koch died a few months ago, I wrote several more (collectively titled "100 Avant-Garde Plays") as a tribute for a literary magazine.

What other books should we seek?

The Art of Love is classic. His books about poetry are great as well, especially on the one on teaching old folks to write.
