Any recommendations - places to visit, walks etc?

And pubs that aren't "pro-hunt"? (Looking for places to go, I've found a few pubs described as this).

Lynton & Lynmouth are worth a day wandering around, lots of steep wooded paths leading to Lynmouth, a lovely little village on the N Devon coast.

I keep reading things about Exmoor that (being vegetarian and anti-hunt) make me think I'll not be going out.
