The UK General Election, May 2015: Why did you vote Conservative?

I suspect that ILXOR is unlikely to be representative of general population but if you voted Conservative at the General Election, please state why.

Have you always voted Conservative? Were you voting for particular policies? Were you voting against the other options? Do you stand to gain financially? Are you likely to be impacted negatively at all?

I'll probably just come back to read the thread rather than argue and/or criticise.
