I own the last two, but have never seen that Judges Guild one - they were the best at this. See Caverns Of Thracia and Tegel Manor.

great thread.
i still have my core AD&D (first edition) hardbacks. I used to love drawing maps of fantasy continents, dungeons etc when I was a kid. also there was the dos game Unlimited Adventures which allowed you to create not only the geography of these games in a basic "3d" model, but also create a story, popular with monsters, quests etc..
