It really depends on the kind of work. I'd be inclined to say 3, because a good boss should know when its really necessary to pull the "drop everything and do this" request (ie - not all the damn time for no reason). #4 sounds like a bit of a pipe dream tbrh. If you dont wanna have to act like a boss and tell ppl what to do, wtf u doing the job for.

#4 is part of being a good admin, the rest are signs of a bad power dynamic and a potentially dysfunctional relationship where you can't do your job and they aren't doing theirs.
