The weirdness of U-Stream

So yesterday I was watching the NASA channel for a bit and decide to have a random scan about to see what other live streams are happening at the moment.

A Japanese guy sleeping beside a cat in his tiny apartment, with the TV blaring.

Acres of kids streaming PS4 games and rapping along to tunes.

Locked off pet cam stuff, including a rescue centre for blind cats.

Some Irish dude talking about films in his living room, reacting to comments on the sidebar.

A Danish guy watching TV.

An older West Indian guy DJing in his living room.

A morose Northern couple drinking gin and lemonade from a 2 litre bottle in a tiny bedroom with shit dance music playing, while they mumble at each other (the dude got upset at something and required a hug after a minute or so)

Loud French guy in his living room playing tunes.

Office of a Japanese sign-making company.

Loud English guy in his living room playing tunes.

Three Londoners in their living room talking vaguely to people leaving vague, trollish comments on the sidebar.

A Japanese community or arts centre with people laughing and chatting around a table miles away from the camera.

A bar in Florida with an empty stage.

American and Canadian dudes pontificating about truther stuff or just drunkenly rambling (to no viewers)

Close up of a desk with an otaku constructing and painting Gundam models.

The ceiling of a Japanese office from low down at an acute angle, like the camera has slipped down the back of the printer, distant voices and aircon drone.

An ad-hoc Sci Fi channel where I watched the last 5 mins of Dark Star and the first 5 mins of Close Encounters.
