This is a very interesting idea. I applaud the originators and wish the project well.

I'm sat here in helpless.woods.adverbs, which is fairly appropriate, so maybe I should go in the other room: helped.bookmark.sparkles may have a positive effect on my mood.

Jonathan Hellion Mumble, Saturday, 12 December 2015 22:43 (nine years ago)

Damn, I knew I should've gone to the pub tonight, I could be increased.prancing.benched right now.

Unfortunately that block is two houses, I'm only in the left half so bags.overused.corporate isn't accessible to me. I could get in on roadblock.sleepy.buzzards if I stood on the front lawn tho. revolting.pairings.formed there too, which is historically true.

not having much luck with 3 word song titles but
long.train.running, love.removal.machine both in China;
long.tall.sally is in the middle of the Pacific Ocean;
crazy.crazy.nights is in a lake in Fremont, CA.

think I used to live in nobody.caring.adults. name would've felt apt at the time.

neutral.milk.hotel is on Prince Charles Island.

solid.state.survivor is near Beijing.

nothing.else.matters just outside Lynchburg, VA
inner.city.life (thank you ILM 1994 poll thread) is in Phoenix, AZ
hard.knock.life is in the Simpson Desert in Australia

the Australia/China ones are weird, it says "no map data available" until you zoom out to more than the width of the world, then the pin appears more than once and you can zoom in on the non-centred one but not the centred one. unless that's just me

a passing spacecadet, Sunday, 13 December 2015 00:37 (nine years ago)

imagining a world where this system becomes a standard; people rush to build and own a house on good.luck.charm (South Carolina) but nobody wants nobody.ever.listens (Ohio)

I now live in cubes.track.weedy, but our last apartment is never.pizza.asleep, which is actually pretty good advice.

ready for the raptor (Ye Mad Puffin), Sunday, 13 December 2015 03:28 (nine years ago)

So I looked up some bedrooms I lived in when I was younger (no cheating tho, tried to pinpoint the actual rooms), the most apt I found was dormant.ratty.graced, another one had vital.chuckling.inches which I'm sure is a reference to my penis, not sure if a compliment or an insult. I've lived in too many places tho, I'll check some more some other time. Is no one using these for display names yet?

Jonathan Hellion Mumble, Sunday, 13 December 2015 03:40 (nine years ago)

Ok, the house I shared with The Swedish Lady in Stoney has, in a row, prance.gradually.elbow, twee.existence.revealing, radically.reworked.trap, which sums up the course of our relationship in 3 acts really. Some of the others I found are just pure Fall lyrics, but I'm looking for random relevance. This whole thing is awesome btw.

Jonathan Hellion Mumble, Sunday, 13 December 2015 03:49 (nine years ago)

hah -- i lived right around the corner from never.pizza.asleep 20 years ago

Interesting article and thread

Really. Guardian journalist @TimAdamsWrites gets a free holiday then writes a puff piece promoting a private system where a private company owns the address system in the developing world? What went wrong here @KathViner? Where are the Guardian's nerds? https://t.co/4YIq8xpPxG
