I've never tasted either, and therefore didn't vote, but I found the packaging interesting.

For example, Utz seems to be quoting some unknown phantom personage (the head of marketing perhaps?) calling the chips "The Crab Chip", when no crab is claimed to be in, on, or otherwise near the chips. Always a shady ploy, imo.

Have never even seen the Herrs in stores, but the UTZ crab chips have always left me wanting.
