flopson, Sunday, 10 January 2016 02:05 (nine years ago)

it's already hard to remember really enjoying Pratt in the first few seasons of Parks, overexposure killed his appeal so fast

the naive cockney chorus (Simon H.), Sunday, 10 January 2016 02:14 (nine years ago)

crazy that he turned into a prime rib smokin' hot hollywood action movie Leading Man type. although he was obviously always a cutie

flopson, Sunday, 10 January 2016 02:16 (nine years ago)

"he has kind eyes" - my wife

just sayin, Sunday, 10 January 2016 03:27 (nine years ago)

CP needs to stay out of the gym. ive avoided his 'overexposure' by not seeing any of that shit.

no idea who the other guy is

loved Barinholtz as pitcher/dj/tough guy Ivan Dochenko in Eastbound & Down

Sharkie, Monday, 11 January 2016 00:40 (nine years ago)

wwoahh true good catch

flopson, Monday, 11 January 2016 00:45 (nine years ago)

never seen barinholtz in anything else, but it's embarrassing to watch him play the poor, stupid man's andy dwyer on mindy project. voting pratt all the way, if only for the way he looks at the camera in the first few seasons of parks and rec.

shots fired

flopson, Monday, 11 January 2016 03:33 (nine years ago)

Never thought Pratt was too funny on P&R to begin with, and as his good ole american hero boy persona has increasingly emerged I find him kind of awful.

I've never seen Barinholtz in anything--and looking at his filmography, for good reason--and I've only remember Pratt from that stupid Jurassic Park sequel (I don't remember him in Her or Moneyball), so I'm gonna have to vote for who is hottest: Pratt.

pitchforkian at best (cryptosicko), Monday, 8 February 2016 01:06 (nine years ago)

weirdest part of Sisters is Barinholtz entering the pool at the end and all his torso hair is shorn down to about 1cm

I saw that, as if I needed another reason to think Pratt is a total asshole.

Ike should have walked this, and Chris being an IRL douche doesn't even factor into it.

otm, can't believe this thread went on with only a single mention of Ike in Eastbound & Down, which is where I first noticed him.

wow this poll got it wrong

zero recollection of what this film or show was now

bae (sic), Tuesday, 23 April 2024 19:07 (one year ago)

never seen it myself, but iirc it's a tina fey/amy poehler movie

Maxmillion D. Boosted (jon /via/ chi 2.0), Tuesday, 23 April 2024 19:09 (one year ago)

I really only Ike from Mad TV, I don't know if I've seen him anywhere else

Andy the Grasshopper, Tuesday, 23 April 2024 19:12 (one year ago)

Ike is in a lot of things, kind of a Chris Parnell type where he shows up in a bunch of comedies but only for a little while. I don't think he's actually starred in anything. he's very funny though.

frogbs, Tuesday, 23 April 2024 19:15 (one year ago)

there is something wahlbergian about ike that projects an aura of vaguely malevolent anti-intellectual townie but he can also clean up to win celebrity jeopardy!

I do think he'd be an improvement over Marky Mark in most movies except maybe The Departed.

“never seen it myself, but iirc it's a tina fey/amy poehler movie”

lol I read this reply on the train then walked out of the station, unpaused latest WTF episode, and Marc Maron told me that guest Paula Patton “wrote that Amy Poehler / Tina Fey movie”
