I live in Nottingham and I can tell you that it's probably about the same as any other city I've been to, except for Reykjavic. Though we do have the girl with the good hair but I've not seen her around for ages.

The last time I was in Nottingham I saw a whole lots of people who would be attacked in Bristol (maybe just verbally) for the way they looked (gothy etc.) as if it was totally normal.
