I'm sure he's happy to take it on the chin, but if people want to drop by and try to stem the flood of one star Facebook and Google reviews, that would be a solid move IMO. Also, the coffee really is good.

It would be interesting to see if "We're an independent coffee shop. A very high percentage of the people who come in on a regular basis are going to support what we said." is in any sense correct - is there enough of this stuff for a thread?

No idea what the general Fox thread is...Thought Bombshell was decent. Of the three principals, I liked Robbie's performance best; Kidman's always good; I didn't really respond to Theron, but I think that has more to do with Kelly herself--the performance seemed accurate enough. Lithgow has a ton of makeup and is credibly slimy. As I mentioned on a Mad Men thread, loved seeing the actors who play Duck Phillips and Lou Avery (the latter only has one scene, almost back-to-back with one of the former's).

I expect Fox News lawyers will use every delaying tactic available to them and make the judge review endless requests for dismissal, exemptions to discovery, postponements, and clarifying opinions. This is what I'd do if the facts don't favor my client and the client can afford unlimited billable hours.
