delete all poll threads that contain a pun on the word POLL that doesn't really scan, and additionally delete the ones with a pun on the word POLL that does scan

furthermore, delete all poll threads

Placing "POLL:" prior to one's witty thread title seems like a worthwhile courtesy, but if every poll were titled simply "POLL", then how could one search on them?
