For 9 months you have thought of your cat as a male only now you discover they have FEMALE genitalia . Apart from feeeling like a complete idiot, do you start referring to it as *her*?Or would this just confuse *him*?...(or you) (What made you think it was a boy in the first place anyhow?!) So how do we avoid conditioning our pets for christs sake!Are we in fact so *trained*that its out of our control? And does it really matter ?

I arrrived home to find said boy puss flat on floor arse in air and legs apart making chirruping sounds and obviously very aroused.I had mistaken a dark ring of fur for testicles and with cats of itscolouring this seemed synonomous with the presence of testes.. and heres me thinking it was gay. Oh well it'll be a eunuch soon.
