I liked it but the season is way too short. By the final ep I only started to know the characters and care about what happened to them !

finished last night, I thought it was solid all the way through. my wife keeps comparing it as superior to GIRLS but idk how many real parallels there are there beyond the whole "young ppl w relationships in the city" sorta premise

i liked this show a lot and i'm looking forward to seeing where it goes. issa rae's earlier show, the youtube show Awkward Black Girl, is also pretty good and worth checking out, particularly the later episodes (it's a much more low-budget show and it didn't really hit its stride for a while)
